When I got my new hard drive in I also got a new one for my laptop. I originally installed WinXP on my laptop but that only lasted about a week. I used to have Gentoo Linux on my laptop and felt the need to re-install it again. I must say that after a long hiatus, a year, Gentoo has gotten much much better. The installation was great, all drivers were loaded by default, and maybe it’s me but portage seems a little cleaner too.
